Vabis Transport ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our services and platforms, including our website and Discord server.

2. What Information We Collect

Types of Information Collected:

• Vabis Hub & Tracker Data: In-game telemetry during deliveries (distance driven, maximum speed, cargo type, damage, truck model, odometer readings), online status, and authorization data (Discord ID, username, avatar).
• Discord Data: Username, Discord ID, date of birth (if provided), request history in the form of server logs.
• Telegram Data: Telegram ID and username obtained when interacting with our VabisTelega bot.
• Artificial Intelligence (AI) Data: Prompts and queries made to AI features through our bots (VabisBot in Discord and VabisTelega in Telegram).
• TruckersMP Data: User ID, username, avatar, nickname (for verification and display).
• Website Data: Information displayed on GitHub Pages.
• Technical Data: IP addresses may be temporarily logged by the server for security and fraud prevention.

Collection Methods:

• Delivery data is collected locally by the Vabis Tracker desktop application and transmitted via API to the Vabis Hub server.
• Discord and Telegram data is automatically collected by our bots (VabisBot and VabisTelega respectively).
• TruckersMP data is collected via public API.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

• VTC Management: Member verification, activity tracking, role management in Discord.
• Communication: Notifications about events, convoys, and updates.
• Security: Protection against abuse, fraud, and rule violations.
• Information Display: Showing avatars and nicknames on the website (e.g., in the gallery).

4. Data Sharing and Storage

Third-Party Sharing:

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Information is used exclusively within Vabis Transport for community management.

Data Storage:

The main website is hosted on GitHub Pages. The Vabis Hub platform and its database (MariaDB) are hosted on secure servers provided by Lite.Host. Data and backend infrastructure for our bots (VabisBot and VabisTelega) are hosted on secure RnHost servers. Storage period is unlimited as long as you are a VTC member. You can request complete deletion of your data (including delivery history) at any time.

AI Data Processing:

All data processed by Artificial Intelligence features in our bots (VabisBot and VabisTelega) is stored in a strictly encrypted format. No one, including the VTC administration, has access to this data. It is used exclusively by the system to generate AI responses at the time of your request.

5. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Access to infrastructure is restricted to authorized VTC administrators only.

6. Your Rights

• Update Information: You can update your data through Discord or by contacting administration.
• Data Access: You can request information about what data we store.
• Data Deletion: You can request deletion of your personal data by contacting us via email or Discord.

7. Changes to Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes through our Discord server. Continued use of services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy.
