• Technical Data: IP address may be temporarily logged for security and fraud prevention.

Collection Methods:

• Discord data is automatically collected by our Discord bot when you interact with the server.
• TruckersMP data is collected via public API when displaying information on the website.
• IP addresses may be logged to protect against abuse.

• VTC Management: Member verification, activity tracking, role management in Discord.
• Communication: Notifications about events, convoys, and updates.

Third-Party Sharing:

All data is stored on GitHub Pages hosting and Discord servers. Storage period is unlimited as long as you are a VTC member or as long as the data is necessary for community functioning. You can request deletion of your data at any time.
