1. Introduction

Welcome to Vabis Transport. By joining our Virtual Trucking Company (VTC) and participating in its activities, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. These terms outline the expectations, responsibilities, and rules that all members must follow.

2. Membership Requirements

• Members must have a valid TruckersMP account and comply with TruckersMP rules.
• A Discord account is required for communication and event coordination.
• Members must be at least 15 years of age.
• Members must represent Vabis Transport positively within the TruckersMP community.
• Any form of cheating, hacking, or exploiting is strictly prohibited.

3. Code of Conduct

• Treat all members with respect and professionalism.
• Follow VTC event rules and convoy guidelines at all times.
• Use appropriate language in all communication channels.
• Do not spam, harass, or engage in toxic behavior.
• Advertising, self-promotion, or recruitment for other VTCs is not allowed without permission.
• Use the official VTC tag and paint job when representing Vabis Transport in convoys.

4. Activity and Participation

Members are encouraged to participate in convoys and VTC events regularly. Extended inactivity without prior notice may result in removal from the VTC. Members should use the official VTC tag and paint job when representing the company.

5. Media and Content Usage

Vabis Transport may use screenshots and videos from events for promotional purposes. Members who submit media content grant Vabis Transport permission to use it for marketing and social media.

6. Disciplinary Actions

Violating these Terms of Service may result in warnings, temporary suspension, or removal from the VTC. Major offenses, such as hacking or rule evasion, will result in an immediate ban. Management reserves the right to take necessary action based on the severity of the violation.

7. Limitation of Liability

Vabis Transport provides its services "as is" without any warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our services.

8. Changes to Terms

Vabis Transport reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Members will be notified of any significant changes. Continued participation in the VTC signifies acceptance of the updated Terms of Service.
